North Parcel is a 335 acre site with a mix of residential housing types:
The North Parcel is a 335-acre site with a mix of residential housing types:1,276 proposed single-family, twin homes and town homes; proposed zoning for 690 units of multi-family that allows for town homes, low rise apartments and condominium development; 19+ acres dedicated to parks and school site; and a dedicated 3-acre site for emergency services annex.

The South Parcel with 510-acres was rezoned and platted in 2015; 270 proposed single family and twin homes; proposed zoning for 1,274 units of multi-family that allows for town homes, low rise apartments and condominium development; 170+ acres of commercial development that is envisioned as a complete town center with hotels, office, autoplex, grocery, national large format retail and main street style retail with restaurants and fashion retailers; a 47-acre Community Park, owned and maintained by the City of Williston along with approximately 58 acres of passive open space; and 60-acres devoted to opportunities for heavy commercial.
